AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

a) The Trust is being organized for lawful custody of all properties i.e. land and buildings which hither to have been jointly held by the legal descendants of General Sardar Sham Singh Attariwala . It includes land located anywhere in India or abroad, buildings including Smadhi, tanks, Baradaris, Sarais, shops etc. All rights will be vested with the Trust. All members will lake steps as directed by the Governing Body to get their share in properties transfer to the Trust.

b) To manage the properties thus vested with the Trust to the hest advantage ,Thereby accrue maximum revenue.

c) All the members will have equal/ at par status within the trust irrespective of the quantum of the share of properties/ lands transferred to the trust, individual or jointly, by the member/ members .

d) No individual member shall promote or clause to promote any additions/ alterations in buildings/ properties of the trust or promote any activity unless it has been approved by the Governing Body.

e) To organize Shaheedi Mela every year on 10th Feb. to commemorate Shaheedi Divs and award prizes in sports and other competitions as per the programme drawn out by the Governing Body.

f) All the incomes, earnings, donations, movable or immovable properties of” the Trust will be utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives only, as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no profit on thereof shall be paid /transferred directly or indirectly by way or dividends, bonus, profit or in any or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past or future members of the’ Trust or to any person claiming thereof anyone or more of the present or past or future members. No member of the trust and their successors, assignees shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the Trust to make any profit by virtue of this membership.

g) The Trust will work through its divinity cell for promotion of, Spiritual. Physical, mental, educational development and upliftment of children and adults of all ages without any distinction of cast, creed or religion and in the interest of mankind in general

h) To aid or establish, take over or collaborate with any institution or school or association, I’m physical, mental, spiritual, educational development, uplift of intelligence or its development.

i) To propagate, impart and adopt any audio-visual methods fix solving the problems of crime, drug abuses or any such related matters and help in the incu1cation of such behavior as would bring happiness to the family of man or generally mankind without reservation of his status, caste and religion.

j) To aid or establish any institution or adopt means for imparting, promotion of any art, science or any other field or education, propagate for removal or social evils, customs or render or promote self – help to overcome any these evils particularly for the poor or weaken sections or the society in India or abroad.

k) To establish any home, institution or society for religions ’worship, and knowledge for the welfare. Maintenance and development or orphans of any community or society.

I) To establish any institution or society for the welfare of victims of natural calamities and/or to provide food and shelter to any needy person or persons from time to time.

m) To undertake the compilation, printing and publication of :-
i) Journals.
ii) Simple prayers book fin daily prayers for daily prayers for spiritual and psychological uplift of people generally
iii) Simple booklets explaining the basic morals and values of human life and moral upliftment Attariwala
iv) Books related to the life sketch or General Sardar Sham Singh
           
n) To award prizes in competition of  physical games and educational competitions and to award scholarship for the needy and provide ways and means for the up lift of poor and needy children or individuals and to inculcate moral  discipline.

0) To arrange and provide such  medical aid and such other assistance for living, to the needy persons who are otherwise incapable or handicapped or mentally or physically retarded and financially up lift any  person of poor class

p) To render any social, moral and financial assistance for betterment of life of any
        unmarried girl or boy, widow or widower from time to time.

q) To arrange tours or provide conveyance to any person or persons to and for Visiting the General Sardar Sham Singh Attariwala Memorial or any such places of historical or universally acclaimed religious place or places which may enlighten and defuse knowledge and /or for the avoidance or reduce remove the mental depression and may encourage and boost the spiritual instinct for living a better and happier life.

r) To provide cooking. eating and other utensils or clothing temporarily form time to time to meet daily needs on special occasions or the persons or families of the parson who are for any reason incapable for providing these for themselves at times of need, either free or against nominal charges.

s) To accept donations, including foreign donations, raise subscriptions investment of funds and to invest the funds of the trust with such individuals, societies, firms or companies, or Banks for providing income to the Trust, on such terms and conditions as may deem proper and necessary for fulfillment of the aims and objectives of the Trust and to further its interest as enumerated above.

t) To provide for all activities for imparting the moral standards of the people, promoting respect for all religions of tolerance and cordial feeling between man and man, irrespective of difference of caste, color creed or religion.

u) To provide spiritual studies and open spiritual training and Yoga centers for general public and to do everything to make spirituality popular amongst public .
      
(v) To start, maintain and assist in relief measures in those parts which are or become subjected to natural calamities like famine, fire, flood, earthquakes etc.

w) To establish. Found & maintain libraries, reading rooms for use and convenience of general public.

x) To award prizes, and medals and that like in universities, colleges Schools etc. to encourage students for higher and better education.

y) To give monetary help to disabled or blind person in the form of monthly allowance or gratuities

z) To open, found, establish, maintain and assist lepers asylums or other institutions for helping the poor, destitute, widows and orphans of all faiths and communities
                               
aa) To give stipends, allowances or gratuities, recurring or otherwise, for maintenance etc. for such time or duration as may deem proper’ and necessary.

bb) To render help, arrange for and encourage and promote celebration of state, national cultural, social and such others festivals and jayanties as conducive to this objective Provided, however, that any contributions the Trustees to of in cooperation with any other trust, society of project having its sole objectives all of any of the aforesaid objectives shall mean furtherance of the objectives of this trust. 

cc) For acceptance or foreign contributions and hospitality and membership, the trust will get it registered with the central Govt. vide Foreign Contributions Regulations Act 1976.
